AVS RGA — Support
AVS RGA is the mobile companion to the company's Aviation Operations & Maintenance System. It is for company employees only; a login is issued by the company and cannot be created from the app.
Getting help
- Login or role problems — ask your department head, or email info@rga.co.id.
- Something in the app is wrong — email info@rga.co.id with what you tapped, what you expected, and what you saw. The app version is shown on the sign-in screen and on the Sync screen.
- Safety concerns — use the Hazard report in the app, which can be filed anonymously, or speak to the Safety department.
Common questions
"Waiting to send" — the record is saved on the phone and goes when the phone next reaches the server. Open the Sync screen to see what is waiting and why.
Notifications are off — iOS asks once. To turn them on afterwards: Settings → Apps → AVS → Notifications.
Location — the app reads your location only at the moment you tap check in or check out. Allow "While Using the App" when asked; nothing runs in the background.
