AVS RGA — Privacy Policy
AVS RGA ("the app") is an internal application for employees of PT. Reven Global Airtranspor ("the company", "we"). It is not offered to the public. The app records aviation operations and maintenance information that the company is required to keep under Indonesian civil aviation regulations (CASR 91 and CASR 135). This page explains what the app collects, why, and what happens to it.
Who can use the app
Only company employees with a login issued by the company. The app creates no accounts; the company's administrators do. There is nothing to sign up for.
What the app collects

What the app does not do
- No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across other apps or websites.
- No background location. Location is read only at the instant you tap check in or check out.
- No contacts, microphone, health data, or browsing history.
- No sale or sharing of data with anyone for their own purposes.
Where the data goes
Everything you enter is sent to the company's own server, which the company operates. Push notifications are delivered through Apple Push Notification service and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google); those services see the notification's short text and a device token, nothing else. Your login is stored on the phone in the operating system's secure store (the iOS keychain, the Android keystore); records you enter while offline are kept on the phone until they have been sent, then they remain on the phone as a copy you can read without a connection.
How long it is kept
Operational and maintenance records are legal documents and are kept for as long as the regulations require, which is years. Attendance location readings are kept only as long as the company's attendance policy needs them. Push tokens are removed when you sign out or when the phone stops answering.
Your choices
- You may decline location and camera access in your phone's settings; the related feature then explains what it cannot do, and everything else keeps working.
- Signing out removes the login and the push token from the phone and from the server.
- Questions about your personal data, or a request to see or correct it, go to the company's Safety and Quality department at the address below.
- You may ask us to delete your data at the same address. Anything still a draft — a Daily Operation Report you have not filed, a report you have not sent — can be deleted. Records you have already filed are aviation documents the regulations require us to keep, and those we cannot delete.

Changes
